ORGANIZATION

PLANE GEOMETRY

Materials:

            3 ring binder or folder for keeping papers together

            Loose-leaf or typing paper--no fuzzy edges

            Pencil--all work will be done in pencil unless you are specifically told otherwise

            Pen--for correcting

Calculator--You may use the calculator your had last year. If you are buying a new one, you may want to consider TI-34 II or a graphing calculator.   Some graphing calculators will be available for use in the classroom.

Groups Rules:

1.      Everyone participates and helps when asked.

2.      Everyone is responsible for his/her own learning.

3.      Do not ask the teacher for help until you have asked everyone in your group first.

Responsibilities:

1.      Keep track of your books, papers and things.  Keep your area neat.

2.      Organize your time so that all assignments (daily, weekly, and long term) are done on time.  Late work receives half credit.

3.      Be a productive, constructive part of which ever group you are in.

4.      Do the best you can at whatever you attempt.
